Plug Assembly Machine (Cylinder Block)
- Outline
- This system is a fully-automatic assembly machine that assembles screw plugs and cup-type plugs to the cylinder block.
- Features
- Can assemble within a small space (one station) by using an articulated robot to supply parts for the assembly tool.
Cap Assembly Machine (Cylinder Block)
- Outline
- This is a fully-automatic system that assembles bearing caps to the cylinder block.
- Features
- By 2D code reading, it can track fastening data for each of the nutrunner’s axes, even after product shipment.
Engine Assembly Machine
- Outline
- This fully-automatic system assembles the cylinder head assembly to the cylinder block assembly.
- Features
- Contains automatic gasket assembly and stocker functions.
Disassembles and assembles cam caps and cam shafts fully automatically.
Automatically feeds parts such as washers and bolts from the stocker.
Bolts are fastened by torque and angle control, enabling high-precision fastening.
Contains bypass delivery system, which, for instance, switches to manual operation during equipment downtime, allowing production.
Plug Assembly Machine (Cylinder Head)

- This machine disassembles and assembles cam caps and cam shafts fully automatically.
- Features
- Compatible with multiple models (6 models) and compact, made possible by setup change of Cartesian coordinate robots and work support pallets.
Automatically feeds parts such as washers and bolts from the stocker.
Standard Leak Test Machine

- This fully-automatic standard leak test machine detects leakage from the water jacket, oil line, cam housing, and crankcase in the cylinder head and cylinder block.

Leak Test Machine (Cylinder Head)
- Outline
- This fully-automatic leak test machine detects leakage from the water jacket, oil line, and cam housing after cylinder head machining.
- Features
- Performs high-precision leak tests quickly thanks to our original seal jig and seal rubber configuration.
Equipped with a function that allows operators to make visual checks with the jig unit submerged in water tank when a problem occurs.

- Compatible with various types. Constructed of a general-purpose unit and dedicated unit, setup changes in the dedicated unit make this machine compatible with different types. (Automatic setup change function) Equipped with mechanism that enables visual testing. Leakage locations can be checked by water tank moving up or down.
Plug Press Fitting & Leak Test Machine

- This fully-automatic leak test machine press-fits plugs in machined cylinder heads and detects leakage from the water jacket and oil line.

- Performs leak test after automatically assembling screw plug and Welch plug.
Stamps workpiece according to leak test result and releases it to the following process. This fully-automatic leak test machine detects leakage from the oil system and overall transmission case after machining.

- Features
- Workpieces determined to be NG are automatically discharged to the NG conveyor.
Workpieces determined to be OK are shifted to the next process along with data and information (line name, date/time, etc.).
Transmission Case Leak Test Machine
- Outline
- This fully-automatic leak test machine detects leakage from the oil system and overall transmission case after machining.
- Features
- Connecting to a PC makes it possible to edit and store leak data for each system (8 systems).
